Homeopathy heals symptoms of illness by addressing a person’s underlying patterns. You are your habits of mind and body. Your physical and mental traits, tendencies, fears and dreams come together in your individuality. Your unique energy pattern determines how you show up, how you experience your illness and your wellness, and how stress shows up in your body.

02. Where do you come from?

You are 90% microbial, 10% human, made of micro-organisms that have evolved through the eons. They support every part of your body and mind when they work together in a harmonious community. When they are out of harmony, chronic diseases appear. When you restore harmony in your body’s microbiome, you heal your terrain and experience thriving wellness. 

Your hormonal and neurological systems are intelligent, self-regulating internal communication systems that work together beautifully. When you unblock congested pathways and remove obstacles that don’t belong in the body - you can restore calm, fertility and energy.

Are you ready to bring the whole of yourself into alignment?

Homeopathy is all about finding what resonates with you, and it’s important to work with a practitioner who feels right for you. Learn more below:

  • During your Initial Consultation, we explore your history and discuss your symptoms in detail. Homeopathy heals the disease by healing the whole person, and in-depth understanding of who you are, in different contexts, is key to restoring health.

    I then share what I see as the holistic pattern(s) underlying your symptoms and experience and explain what you need to heal, and what different stages of healing look like.

    After the initial consultation, I send you a plan of your healing journey and a schedule for taking the remedies. If appropriate, I suggest practices to ground your awareness and healing.

    After you take the remedies, I follow up with a brief phone call to track initial response.

    During the follow up appointment 4-8 weeks later, we assess progress, explore what has emerged and fine tune the healing plan to transform your underlying patterns into resources for vitality. We continue to do that during follow ups until you feel completely healed.

    In-person and remote consultations take place from my office in the heart of Soho in downtown Manhattan on Tuesdays and Saturdays (10am - 4pm).

    Remote consultations also take place on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons (2 - 7pm).

    I have an option to open up my calendar on another day for your initial consultation but please note, do not work with clients on Mondays and Sundays and I do not see clients after 7pm.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. Homeopathy will not interfere with other medication, though some medication can suppress your immune system and prevent you from getting the full benefit of homeopathic remedies.

    With homeopathic support, you may need less medication as your condition improves. You have to consult your physician(s) to determine how and when to taper off medication gradually.

  • Homeopathy works with your body to promote self-healing. We use minimal doses, repeated at intervals ranging from days to months, to elicit your own momentum of healing. Your morning beverage is more “addictive” than any homeopathic remedy.

    When you have healed sufficiently from the imbalance that the remedy addresses, you stop taking the remedy. When you experience profound transformation, you may need a different remedy or none.

    There are special circumstances when a daily dose of a remedy is necessary on a long term basis. They tend to be exceptional situations.

  • There’s a joke among homeopaths: doctors tell patients that nothing is related to the medicines they give, and homeopaths think that everything is related to the remedies they give.

    Homeopathic remedies are gentle and never have the potentially dangerous side effects of pharmaceuticals. Never. They leave no biochemical traces in your body.

    When remedies resonate with you, the healing expands beyond the specific complaint to promote general wellness.

    Remedies can also enable patterns of illness and toxicities to emerge from deep within where it’s most damaging, and manifest as temporary discomfort as the illness heals.

  • Homeopathy is completely safe for children and works very quickly! It supports a child’s development at every stage of growth without suppression. A child’s dose depends on her symptoms, not age.

  • With true acute conditions, we can expect 50% improvement within a day.

    With sub-acute conditions that provide an outlet for more serious underlying chronic illness, it may take longer.

    With very recent exposure to toxicities that trigger an illness, 4 to 6 months is a good time frame for recovery.

    With chronic illnesses, patterns of illness took time to develop, and they will take time to resolve. It’s ideal to experience gradual, consistent improvement from week to week.

    If you’ve been on medications for decades, it may take a longer time to recover fully.

    Some clients experience instant improvement in my office, through insight into themselves. They shift gears into high octave health, even before taking a remedy. Mostly, these people have done their homework. The homeopathic process sparks an epiphany that illuminates everything and brings coherence to the whole matrix of health.

    In short, it depends! Every case is different. Healing is always a process, even if it feels like magic.

  • I work with young children through their parent/caregiver, and meet the child in person wherever possible. I work with teens in confidence, with the consent of the parent and teen.

    I can work with adults who are nonverbal through their care-giver who can give consent on their behalf and act as their surrogate.

    I do not work with people who are unwilling to be seen or who do not give their consent for homeopathic support.
